Tietoja meistä

Perustettu vuonna 2020, Werk on omistautuneen ammattilaisryhmän vetämä. Projekteja ja rakennustyömaa hallinnasta aina kukoistavien rakennusyritysten ja innovatiivisen teknologian luomiseen, me priorisoimme käyttäjien tarpeita ja luomme aitoa arvoa työmme kautta.

Missionamme on tuoda laatua ja parantaa rakennusalan tehokkuutta.

Työskentelemme eri rakennusyritysten kanssa, alihankkijoista pääurakoitsijoihin, varmistaaksemme arviointien tarkkuuden, mikä takaa sen, että yritykset saavat oikeanlaiset taidot työmaalle ennen kuin he saapuvat työpaikalle.

Best Practice in Construction

In 2024 Werk was awarded the Good Practice Award in Construction by the European Labour Authority. CEO Martin Kalamees shared insights on the future of AI in the construction workforce during a keynote address in The Hague.

ABOUT US

Werk is building a tool for construction companies to digitally predict the competency of the workforce on their sites. Using AI and machine learning, our product has predicted the skills of thousands of tradespeople with 90% accuracy. Our technology aims to drastically reduce costly rework and project delays caused by unqualified labour on sites.
